No I haven't either. I don't mind waiting for the points but it would be nice to have some sort of confirmation email to use in future to claim them if they don't arrive.

to PB it looks like 1 person using several accounts....

they have frozen some accounts in the past because of this, and then you have to speak to PB to verify who you are before they unlock the account...
