for the points, check the second post of this thread and there are links which people do so kindly for everyone on here. The answers are underneath. These sometimes give you 10points right away but most are for competitions.

On your home page you will see adverts, some have purple borders on which we call CT's (click throughs) they give you points right away aswell.

These normally show up mid monday, but most people post them on here, just keep an eye on it and enter the competitions!

because ideally, (from PB point of view) you are supposed to be visiting the sponsors advertised on PB site, and hopefully buying from them, not just clicking on the links for points...;)

please read my post 1650 about vouchers, even though they are saying in stock and you can order them they are actually out of stock at the moment for arcadia vouchers, not sure about other vouchers but when i ordered mine on the 31st it said in stock even though they wernt...

it says all the Arcadia ones are out of stock...and John Lewis/Waitrose...

Try doing a clean re-fresh. Ctrl + F5

or closing your browser and trying again
