...A few weeks back I did loads of reviews and didn't get any published. I had one published just over a year ago, it took about three weeks.

I too had one restaurant review published. I wrote it on the day I registered with Pigsback, and by the next morning it was already up and 100 piggy points in my account. Maybe I was lucky?! No idea....but I sure was happy :T

  • hi

does anyone know what the maximum amount of click through's you can do in one day and how much credit you can earn? when i logged into my account this morning i only had £1.50 (from registering and signing up to newsletters) but then all of a sudden i had loads of ct's and now ive got £2.20.

surely this website is too good to be true if you can earn 70p a day for nothing?

    anyone got any more info?
My nephew joined 2 weeks ago & already has 1500 points. Have you done all the comps & signed up for he newsletters on pages 1 & 2? You can sign up for newsletters then, after you get your points, you can cancel them. XX

    Hiya,

I am not sure - I answered the thank you section after 1.30 and as I wasn't automatically booted out at 1.30 I assume it will be ok - otherwise surely there would have been some mechanism to prevent us from posting after a certain time (I think the time frame was put in to get us all their at the same time responding to eachothers posts, surely they won't penalise for a couple of minutes?)

Hope you do get the points :D

If you have posted at least twice to each of the topics by answering the questions and interacting with other members, your PiggyPoints will be credited to your account within the next few days

reminder for talkback you need to post at least twice :)

There were a few topics that i didn't post twice in, but it's because i was posting a hell of a lot more in others - i got a bit worried though about that so called them and have been told that they'll give my email to the admin of the talkback and let them know that i should still get the points as i was still very involved in other areas of the discussion.

I think that's more to stop people just giving a quick answer in each topic then bolting, just to get the points for not much effort though so it should be fine if anybody is in the same position as this.

For those who havent yet received their etribes points it might be because you have not validated your email adress. As it says in the terms and conditions on pigsback "PiggyPoints can only be credited after you have validated your etribes account". I realised this today after Ellie had reminded me i hadnt had my points either so i looked through my emails and found one from etribes entitled "Welcome to etribes!", it says "To confirm your email address, please sign into your etribes account and then click on this link: ('http://www.etribes.com/user/45667/authenticate/265859'); I have only just realised this but it might be why i and many others have not had the points credited.
    Hope this helps.

It would help if etribes actually LEt you validate your account via email though.

It's never worked for me, and i've never received my points.
