What browser are you using? I use Opera, and it tends to cache the page, so the same thing happens with me. If I refresh the page, it reloads the page properly and then shows that I've answered the question.

I ordered my first boots voucher on 20-01 but i have not got it yet.

I would e-mail PB, I ordered after this date and have received them.

email them to remind them but its probably because they out of stock of them but forget to tell us .. has happened in the past..
