Has anyone signed up for the BCA books for 1000pp and had a problem?

I am overdue my points by a week and PB haven't responded to my e-mails, however BCA sent me the wrong books and when I queried it they said they would have to close the account and I'd have to reorder. This happened about 2 days ago (after the 14 days when I should have got my points). I have the feeling that PB are going to use this to avoid giving me the points.

I'm not a happy bunny!!!!

I almost got excited then!!

I logged into my PB account and had 2000 extra points.. woohoo I thought.. I've won something ... nope.. just points creditted for a screwfix purchase.. I have just over 7000 points now!! My christmas shopping is going to be CHEAP this year!!
