Marks and Spencer Interview

Hey everyone! The interview went well - I 'passed' the assessment but they have no hours available at the moment (not sure what they're interviewing for then haha!) so I'm on the waiting list. They said I'll have a good chance of getting some though as my availability is more flexible than most. Fingers crossed!

If anyone else has the interview coming up:
My roleplay was dealing with a customer who wanted to return an item, but had lost the receipt. The item had been reduced in the sale and they could only get refunded the sale price without receipt, and we didn't have any in stock to exchange. It was quite easy really, just had to tell them all their options: same item in alternative colour to exchange, mention a similar item in the right colour that was on special offer, and that I could ring another store to check their stock, etc etc. I babbled nervously for the first few seconds but once you get into it it's fine.

Then the manager came to ask some questions but nothing too tricky - why do you want to work here, what do you think is good customer service, what do you think you would struggle with/enjoy about this role.

They all seem very nice so hopefully they will have some shifts available for me soon.

Well done and hopefully they will get you sorted out with some hours soon.

I have mine tomorrow morning and I feel sick already. I just suck at interviews, no matter how much preparation I've done..eeeeek!
