Anyone else having problems logging into consumer voice??

Hi, Just wondering if anyone else is having problems logging into consumer voice??
I have been a member for about 9 month and have been doing the surveys all the time.
I completed a survey and then went to login but couldn't find the website when i googled it so i asked on here and someone gave me a link to the login when i tried it won't let me so i clicked forgot password put my email in and it said they can't send me login details contact them. so i tried to ring them and it just rang then stopped for a few seconds then diverted me to a mobile answer phone.
Anyone else having problems or know whats going on??

I don't log in there ever, as they only send me their prize surveys. I did though try just now, I couldn't. I tried the lost password thing and got given the same 'phone number.

There must be something going on because they sent me a survey invite under a week ago and i did try the number but just rings
