Busy day for me today, had to go to Swansea so made the most of it. Got some of my to get list, which was:

    N*wport Extra
Harry Hill TV Burp board game SEL £2 about 6 left on shelve

    Llanstr*int
Harry Hill TV Burp board game no SEL but scanned at £2 about 8 left on shelf
Logitech Wireless mouse M305 (Puprle colour) £3 SEL about 4 left

    Bradl*y St*ke
3 energizer pocket lights - on shelf above the torches - no SEL but scanned at 0.54p
The drill, jigsaw and sander DIY set which went through at £1.25 SEL was £15 there was one left on the shelf

Also got DTD on the Bavid Beckham bodyspray at this store, SEL £1.49 but scanned at £2.99. Chap at CS just handed over the money and never removed the SEL.

Big thanks to all of you lovelies who keep this thread special and report the glitches and misprices. :rotfl:

Is there a photo of the drill jigsaw thingy please?

    Hi guys.

I've had no internet and my god have I missed this site!

Anyway I've looked and i'm a million pages behind so I'm just going to abandon any hopes of catching up and start here, so apologies if i'm repeating people but I went to my locals yesterday and all the things I know used to be 4p are now saying 'please contact a member of staff' Are they on to us... are our 4p buys finished??

I found one of the bath robe/dressing gowns that was AW10 and marked at £16. Gutted when it came up with the above saying on the self scan.

I still found some 4p scarves today, although the clothing department looked really tidy.

Staff had kindly restocked the 1p Strike-It magazines overnight, so I emptied the shelf of them again. Got enough for DS's footie team now.

This was in an Extra store, although I understand that the magazines are going through at full price in some Extras.

    Tiny are you in Dorset?

    Hi nikki,

You are doing so well with not smoking, don't let the stress of organising the party make you give in. ;)

I always think there is nothing like a party to get the house organised it seems to spur me into action with energy I never knew I had. :D Don't forget we all want a picture of the cake. :) And I'm sure we will all be having a vodka to raise a toast to your DS on his 18th, not sure about the skittles though. ;)

A really really dedicated MSEer would also have Superdrug & Boots bags and Bodyshop and M & S wine boxes too. :o:o:o

Yes think I have said before I'm in Poole, I guess by using the store names it's not so obvious. I do go over to Bournemouth too like MKS had some really good finds over there like my trekking poles for when we go camping in the Purbecks in the summer. We go for lots of hilly walks and when it's wet coming down them can be a bit unsteady. Many a muddy behind! ;)

Think I read earlier he had opened a beer well before 5pm our time. ;) Think one of his pics was a bit before the watershed but he has been good and deleted that now. ;);)

Is there a way to add new smilies to the standard MSE smilies. The other day someone posted one of person hiding behind a sofa, how did you do that?

This one? scared0016.gif hehe I thought it suited you so well HC :rotfl: :rotfl:

It's from a smileys web-site but you can't add them into MSE smileys, you have to go to the site each time. They do have some really good ones on there though ;)http://www.mysmiley.net/
