Managed to get 2 tins of the Foxes Wonders in the Str*tford Tesco, SEL was from september! Got it in the price checker waiting for another £10 to come back......

Thanks again to the OP! :j

Did they remove the SEL? Was gonna pop in there later but I guess you already rummaged for bargains? Find anything?

Got excited when I spotted a lone white dvd player hidden behind the twin ones, unfortunately it scanned at £59.97, boo.
I did get some Harrys nuts (loads left), 1 4+2 pk of Plenty (1 left but too high up), a halloween Haribo bucket (loads left) and a 4p boys raincoat (2 left). The flash wipes where £1.00 (25p last week) and the chicken dippers where £3.00. Still no scanner working so its slow going trying to find new items but will keep trying.

So not just any old thread, it's a M&S thread.

Not fond of Debs as when my DS was very small, he spent a lot of time in GOSH. One year, it was before Christmas so all of the children that could be moved were put together for a visit by Santa. He arrived, gave each child a present. Photos taken for advertising purposes. Then the presents were taken back off of the children :eek::eek: and then he left, without even leaving them with o bar of chocolate (for example). There were a lot of unhappy children and their parents. I will never forget the looks on the little ones faces. To be fair to them, the presents were given out to the children on Christmas Day that couldn't go home for the day. To this day, it still doesn't 'sit right' with me. "Gets down from soapbox"

That's just awful children just don't understand. It would not have been too expensive to have done both given presents at the visit and on Christmas Day. I don't shop very often there but last year there was a £5 voucher with no minimum spend think lots of people got things for free so serves Debs right for being so mean back then. :(
  • just a quickie- if anyone in the bristol area manages to get hold of a £1 dvd player, could they possibly get one for me as well please?

Pretty please? With a 3 for 2 cherry on top?

I would be more than happy to pay whatever is required

need to read back from page 265 (ish)

im going to go out on a limb here because its nearly december and we are still almost present less. if anyone in lancashire happens to get any of these (or toys ) that are glitched and i happen to give you the money you paid plus a little bit on top (obviously i would just be giving it as a gift ) and you happened to give me the item (again obviously as a gift) i will love you forever.

    there i said it

ok off to read back from 265
  • and i ment 365 lol
