Morning everyone

Yesterday I noticed the Remington R8150 Rotary Shaver was half price £74.98 from £149.97 but it was scanning at £64.98 in my local Mr T's.

Its not a great glitch but its still a tenner if someone wanted one of these?

I had this done last year- the ZOOM treatment. £300 it cost me and tbh I'm a bit disappointed for the money paid.
The results seem very impressive at first, but that's because your teeth have been dehydrated and they drop back a couple of shades a few days later. Also, what they don't tell you beforehand is that for at least 24hrs afterwards and after each maintenance session, you can only drink and eat white things thast won't stain- so no coffee, tea, etc. That was the hardest for me!

It stings quite a bit when you've got the gel on, depending on the sensitivity of your teeth. The kind of stinging that goes right through your bones iykwim... And yes, ideally one should avoid red wine, coffee, etc if you want to keep your teeth as white. Definitely smoking!
But all in all my teeth are a few shades lighter, I've stopped smoking (apart from a small relapse ), so I just have to psyche myself up to use the trays every so often to keep the ol gnashers sparkly .

Worth it to keep an eye on Groupon for a quality whitening session, but don't expect a miracle, although most people will see an improvement.
