Woke up this morning in such a good mood, and remembered I don't smoke anymore. Do you know what? My sinus is really clearing up, the doctor told me for years that it wasnt being helped by smoking and I didnt want to believe him! My chest (No comments please) feels clear and my wheeze has gone, it wasnt a bad wheeze but I could hear it and this morning my skin is definately looking clearer. If anyone is thinking about giving up, don't give up giving up it's worth it:

Mmmmm!!! Not sure that would go down too well . I have been known to linger outside houses when you can smell the fabric conditioner smell coming out of tumble dryer vent! Maybe I have a bit of a problem!:rotfl:
