It wasn't like that honestly, actually I think I asked him if he went online, could have been any dodgy site I was talking about but bless him he knew what I meant and said yes MSE. ;)

Think that there was a guy called the lurch who used C4stle L4ane a while ago

it certainly wasn't me that messaged anyone on there, i had a brief look and was then blocked.

looks like you are the victim of spam or virus.

Virus's and spam do not message family members and friends. I have only removed one member from the group and that is why.

these were the notifications I received to my email account

[MSE 11+ers] just back from my local. 3 staff members

[MSE 11+ers] Sent to me by dopey_sleep_grumpy Default Might be of use for the FB group I don't want to put it on the main site due to lurkers and Tesco employees

    Ring any bells!!??

Hardly, like Ive said, Ive been at a rememberance day service. It looks like a private message. I can control private messages. However, if it makes you feel any better, I didnt get it either. Therefore you are more ' in the know' than me

I just think those in the FB group should keep it to themselves if they want to and not make reference to it on here, it just makes me uncomfortable that some people are "in the know" and others are not. I've said enough, I am an MSE girl and love the site and will enjoy it for what it is.

Its not a case of 'in the know'. As Ive said before, EVERYTHING is posted from there to here. TRust me, there are many people on this site that are ready to jump on heads if info was not being shared, people that are on the FB group as well as MSE. There are no requirements to be included, just the way the group is set up, we need a facebook username to put ppl in the group.

Without wishing to sound harsh, some of you need to wake up and realise that the majority of bargain hunters are just selfish people. We are in the minority in the way we share amongst each other.

The amount of savvy shoppers who read the various internet forums on savvy shopping (MSE is not the only one by far) in these difficult economic times grows every day.

Look even at how people rounded on the FB clothing poster the other day, calling him a liar (when it was them who were in fact lying) and all the catty remarks on here followed by the paranoia and remarks about secret groups, lurkers etc. In the main human nature makes people selfish and protectionist plain and simple. Sad but true. :(

FK After some of our earlier run ins I'm getting a bit alarmed are are posting similar views;) Sadly though if I posted in the same way I'd probably get slated:D

    That's life I suppose:cool:

Glad to see that you are back on form! Although a bit scary that you may be treating some of us in the future!:eek: Hope that you will not differentiate between homo sapiens and fish.

Which do you think would be most beneficial? Weightwatchers or Slimmingworld?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

on a serious note, when i'm in hospital, i'm always professional. and also, when i become a doc, i will treat every patient as though they are my mum...so no worries there.

i'll always carry a trout though in my medical bag, just in case; for medical emergencies. fish oils being good for you and all!

I tried to do a good deed in Cardiff, I will admit I was filling my trolley with plenty kitchen roll so possibly looked a little odd, I told an older gent that the 6 packs were scanning at 92p not £3 - there were plenty left on the shelf. Never even got a thanks.

But in the same store a few weeks back I did help a lady get a camera for her daughter for £25 who was very pleased - so sometimes you are rewarded for being pleasant other times they just look at you like you have 2 heads.:D
ive been in both them positions. but its nice when you make someones day even though we have 2 heads at times
