Busy sewing all my sons beaver badges on (anyone any idea why beavers have not yet invented stick on badges?? :rotfl:) My son was invested on Monday and got 5 badges for me to sew on for the rememberance parade tomorrow. I have so far done one and thought I would take a break to catch up on MSE....

Re the tablets if they are antibiotics it is very important you take the full course, the doctor would have given you just enough for how long he wanted you to take them, no more, no less.

If you haven't finished them the infection could come back in which case straight to GP no hat pins

No he said to only take them for 5 days but there were far more than needed in the box.

Part-time lurker here. don't seem to be able to find much in my locals so decided to give up on 4p items (esp with 18m old in tow). HOWEVER, as I was looking at the jumpers in Mr T's I noticed a hanging clip thingy tucked behind with 3 purses with ss10 on! Self scanned and they were 4p each. :j

One was small floral (mainly black) with zip fastening and the other was square black with black sequins on the front.

As I scanned them I knocked something off hanging from a shelf in my haste and looked down and it was a light up yo-yo for 20p! Been looking everywhere for those so bought 5 for pass the parcel pressies for my class at Xmas party.:T

Thanks to everyone who has posted their 4p finds, just wish I could find them!:o

Good evening everyone. No bargains to report today from me. It ended up being a pyjama day in my house. DD woke up at midnight with vomiting and diarrhoea :( Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep last night. I'm exhausted! Just waiting for DS to get the bug as my two seem to take it in turns to get ill.
Sooo, no Mr T's for me today. I can't even pop along to my local Express store to check out the Frijj glitch. No ss in my store so it would be a risk anyway, and I'm not sure it would be the best thing for my children to have under the circumstances...

Just to let anyone know who uses their vouchers to travel on trains, that from 1 December the value of the tesco deal on this reduces from x3 to x2 which is a real nuisance since I only just started using it. Then again maybe too many people are and they cant cope with the demand!

Thanks so much for that mumsknowbest - I will need to change my current cc points over as soon as possible. These have come in very handy for travelling up and down to North Tyneside every month, or more, to visit Mam in Palliative Care :T :T

Since I came home on Monday I have been ill with a chest infection which developed from a 3 week-old cold just before I travelled back. Other than the docs on Thursday when I was put on antibiotics and steriods I haven't been out of the house, or, for the most part, out of bed so have had a massive catching up to do. Had to catch up from 8th Nov so it really took some doing  and I am so glad to have reached the current posts :j

Loving all the community spirit and news, but missing my Tossco shopping and of course the glitches :( My last shop at Mr T was probably up in North Shields when I got the cheap pet bits I reported. I did send Mr 3Dogs shopping yesterday with my Sun £5 off moc and a couple of other mocs, and he managed just fine. The cashier was really good and helped him, and was most impressed with his shopping list with pics of the items he needed to get ;) printed from mysupermarket of course :D

Still not up to getting out and about yet as the steroids seem not to be kicking in :( so I am really jealous of all the 4p items you are all reporting, but keep reporting them, as I am am still making my notes in the hope that they are still there when I get back out there :rotfl: :rotfl:
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(
