Ok finally got in and sat down to read the thread:eek::eek::eek::eek:

!!!!!! HAS HAPPENED TO THE THREAD???????????:mad::mad::mad:

Guys, you all need to take deep breaths and calm down. Now don't shoot me......... here goes

For the sake of a troll and the odd comment on a facebook age you are all running off to form a closed group:(:(:(:(:(:(

    This really saddens me

    1. most of us who work struggle to keep up with this thread let alone other threads on MSE and now a facebook page to keep up with:( (yes i know i know it's for swaps, but why can't we continue to do these via pm??most of us know each other and locations pretty well now)

    2. What happened to the MSE spirit??? What about others who are too shy to post? Are we going to have multiple closed facebook groups for each grabbit on the grabbit board too??

    3. You will never stop people running off to multiple T's to get multiple numbers of items.......it happens will all the grabbits because that's what they are, I've missed pretty much most of them in the last week with my mum ill and working all the hours under the sun but I don't resent people that have had their glitches and DTD's, there will always be another glitch as nikki is always saying.

Sorry I am not supporting the troll, I just think everyone has rushed off from what used to be one of the kindest most friendly threads where people were happy to share their finds.

I wasn't fussed that I only got a few scarves -it was enough for me......but I think we all need to accept MSE is becoming more and more popular as is this thread, to selfishly go off and form closed groups while intermittently coming back to the thread to check for other peoples finds who may have not been invited to the closed group does not sit right with me

Sorry ... I still love you all though......:A:)

OK............NOW you can all shoot me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Off to hide under the covers ......off to bed before anyone responds
    i agree with you 100%

Last nite got free chicken strips barcode 5052320879991 marked half price £2 but went through £ 4 & I only got 4 packs
Got free crisps other day don't want to go in to it to much offer over but after much "debating" with a trout she put a extra 10 pk in my trolley :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Shop one - A vs T
    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Cant remember who it was that asked about the nivea but:
Nivea for men cool kick arctic freeze moisture gel, sel was reduced from 6 to 3 then to 1.53! That is at stairfoot others have said SEL was more!

Have bought nivea over last couple of days, SEL in one store was £6 something, but another was £1.02. All scanned at £1.02 and cant find it in any stores now.

    Hello Everybody

Ain't been on for a wee while, hope everyone is well

Have to say I don't like those photos of men in there boxers but I'm hoping there's going to be 4p lady's pants soon :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hi jaggyman do you know there is a big Ts opening at P/head on Mon?
I there anything specific to look out for when a new store opens?
    Thanks in advance:)
  • I'm as yet undecided on the Facebook group. I like the idea of getting notifications on my phone whilst I'm out but personally I find the Facebook notifications on iPhone/iPad totally unreliable. Whether this is down to Apple or Facebook I don't know.

Secondly, I can see the swaps thing going wrong too. People will lie, people will say its for them/their child/relative and it will end up on e-Bay and as we all know, people who have put things on e-Bay have been caught out before (Adrenalin I think). I don't mind people putting odd things on e-Bay as long as they don't clear the shelf in T's with the sole intention of profiteering if you know what I mean? But I draw the line at someone say "I never got such and such but would love one for so and so's birthday/christmas" with the sole intention of putting it on e-Bay or doing a car boot.

I think the FB is also a good idea for getting to know people better than on here if people want to go that far. I currently have two friendship requests but I have no idea who you are on here so maybe it would be a good idea to send a message also and say who you are.

Sorry for the rant, I just wanted to get it off my chest.

Same here Leenie, Joined FB but absolutely no intentions of leaving MSE:p
Right I just spotted a pair of boxers that were 4p (in the pictures) and we have them we got for half the original price for fathers day does that count as good enough for a picture ;):p

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
