Update on the MIL, she had a fall at home yesterday luckily she was on the phone to the doctor at the time and he phoned and ambulance. It took an hour to get to her, I met her at the hospital and we were sat in A&E for 6 hours :eek: waiting to been seen then another 2 hours waiting for a temporary cast to be fitted as she broke her foot So didn't get home till 9 ish and was cream crackered. So today I've got to go pick up some of her stuff from home as she lives quite far away so is staying with a friend.


Hoping I can squeeze a quick trip to T's and M's today at some point.

munchkinz i hope your mil is feeling better now, 6hrs in a&e bleedin hell thats a long time, mind you we dont even have an a&e here its one of those minor injury units that will only see you if you have a cold

It felt even longer as we don't get on She hates me (well to be far she hates everyone, you know the type, she'd make a bloody good trout :rotfl:) She didn't speak to me for 6 weeks at easter coz my OH painted some eggs with my grandma :eek: cuckoo cuckoo :rotfl:

lol my MIL hates me aswel, she puts up with me because she has to, i do find it quite entertaining when i strike up a converse bedroith her about howthe kids have tv's in there bedrooms and she is all.. children shouldnt have televisions at all nevermind in the bedroom, you modern mothers dont know you were born. annoying her is one of my favourite pass times. she has to be nice to me because i have had babies with her precious son

Snap! :rotfl: It must be the age thing, I seem to remember you saying that your OH is 18 years older than you, so is mine. Apparently I'm to young for him (45 and 27 together 8 years married 2 in Dec), only after his money and can't do anything right. I wish he had some money :rotfl: I don't have kids but god help her if I did, she's the worst mother and hypocrite in the world. Wont go into detail but you'd be shocked at my OH's upbringing.
