    Morning everyone

Just back from Mr T's - huge thank you to Fudge2 :T as the hats were still there (the light strike is now scanning at the £30 sticker price in WD so I left that where it was) but thank you so much for the hats :D dead chuffed - going to give one to DD and one to my niece as they like to look matching ;)

I also picked up some of the halloween andrex for £1 for 4 rolls so I'm happy :)

I know it's old news but if anyone spots any of the knife sets down my way think of me as desparate for a new set and they didn't have any in my local store and think I'm too late for the others now.

I'm glad you managed to get the hats. I had a look for scarves when I was there too, but no luck at that store, there is way too many lurkers in this area :(

It's a shame about the light strikes :( they must have re-set the price overnight as they def scanned at £60 yesterday.
Still if you sent it packing on holiday again, then I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they become £60 again, so well worth keeping an eye on.
I actually found another in a squashed box that I also tucked away, so I will keep an eye on these.

My friend told me about a sabatier knife set yesterday, but it was over in east sussex. I don't know how far you are able to travel, but pm me if your interested, you could also call the store to reserve prior to any trip just to make sure it's still there. hth:)

  • Haha about boxers pictures. I wonder whether my husband and son would be willing to pose:). Anyway got breaded chicken free today as well cola and cloudy lemonade cans. Regarding cola cans -there was no label for these but if u look carefully on the sel for all tescos cans that are 99p,there it is all 4packs included AND 8 pack cola ones. So dtd meaning all cans free for me today. Disapppointed i didnt find any scarves though. Where are they usually please?on a clip strip?or just randomly with clothes?thanks

Ring them I am 100% on the 3 for 2 & now its been confirmed above, its a totally different thing from the other matter not likely to be dealt with by the same person.

    To confirm,
When i rang re this, the lady was very apologetic. Understood completely, didnt ask details about store etc, only wanted to know items and address to send me gift card. She did only say she would be sending the difference but i reminded her od dtd which she thought was hilarious!
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Scarves are normally with the socks, gloves etc, but have a habbit of being scattered in lots of different places on the clothing displays. I haven't seen any on clipstrips. hth:)

It's hilarious, can hardly type for the tears streaming down my face!

The thing with the iPhone/iPod/iPad when you first set it up if you spell a word correctly it will autocorrect it to the correct spelling. But.....it also learns your own words/variation on spellings so the people on that site have used those words many times in the past.
  • Why does he boycott McDonalds?

    its really stupid

he had a petty argument with them over there recycling policy a wile back, then during that argument (when he asked if they had a recycle box or bin so he could put the happy meal boxes in it) the manager offered him a free big mac as way of apology for the person on the counter getting all high rate with him, he accepted and there was (and this is a little bit minging) a pube in it. we have never been back and he vowed from that day never to give them another penny.

then he saw some research that had been done on some of the products they use and they dont go mouldy, he said anything that dosent go off isnt edible in is eyes.. the list is now endless to the issues he has with them

He must get a lunch break?;) :):):)

I like the way you're thinking here! :rotfl:

Yeah he does, but he won't be home sadly.
If he wont do it, I'll just wait 'til he's sleeping and put a pair on him ;) :rotfl:
