Go to McDonalds anyway & risk the divorce, as for this stepdaughter, don't pass on what she said because she'll probably deny it to make you look bad, let her tell him herself. Sonuds like you are going to have your hands full with her & being pregnant yourself there are people hear to helpVery good advice, let her tell him herself;) Otherwise it could end up being shoot the messenger:(
And I will second that, was just about to post good advice from QPR and nikki beat me to it. Seriously though you may find she won't repeat this to your DH and is hoping that by telling you it will get a result. Just let it go for the hot air it is.

my stepdaughter (dh is 18 years older than me and has two kids with ex wife and stepdaughter who isnt actually his but he has been there since she was a week old so is his in both of there eyes) has announced she is pregnant, i was happy for her and said anything we can do to help we will, i cant buy the big things for her but i am here for her in a supporting way if she needs me. she then announced that she is only having a baby because that way she dosent have to go to work, she can get income support for seven years and by then she will have had another so can easy live on 100 a week. and she will get 500 before the baby is born anyway
i was disgusted at this but said nothing.
a week later she then announces that my DH isnt being a verry good dad because he wont buy her a cot and a pram and that he always treats her differently to the other kids. again we said nothing
tuesday she has a scan, it turns out she is definatley due 2 weeks before me (first ever scan i know of that confirms the exact date you thought it was) so she phoned me just then to tell me that if we dont buy her baby what it needs then we are never going to see that baby. now i need to tell dh what she has said he will cave in and buy it for her just to keep the peace
/rant
sorry i had to type it out somewere just to stop myself from being so annoyed with her
Nothing to add but just wanted to send hugs and support - step daughter sounds like a nasty peice of work. xxMortgage Aug 22 £280,000

i know, il just leave her to it, if she is like this at 12 weeks what will she be like by 40. why does she even want the money for a cot and pram at 12 weeks anyway its far too soon to go buying those things. nevermind. time to go find the wool for these slippers.

Erm, is that not what the maternity grant is there for??? To buy things like the cot etc. Besides the face she has 28 weeks to save up
Like everyone else says, dont pass on the message. You have the added benefot that this was likely said for effect, if Ur Hunny doesnt know about it, she wont get a reaction, and it might teach her a little lesson.
On a seperate note, Just been to my local, sooooo disappointed at first. Couldnt find any 4p clothes, scarves, £9 bikes, 10p mince pies, ANYTHING!
Then I wandered into the toy aisle for a final look see before i left, and spotted some Tomy In the night garden aqua draws in a box. Scanned @68p Thank you very much Mr T :j0 -
Hi Everyone,
not sure if I have remembered this correctly but I thought someone said in here they were getting the free Sacla sauces with the coupon. Was this in Mr. T? I know they are on offer in Mr. M but couldn't see them elsewhere and as I will be popping in to pick up some cheese and a few other things I thought I'd double check.
