I still haven't found the proud (or lurking) owner of the navy jumper that was purchased today in Southend but I am sure they won't mind me sharing the story.
My SIL works on clothing and a MALE trout came running up shouting, "this is scanning at 4p and the woman knew it was when she came to the till, shall I take if off her?"
SIL (knowing all about us) replied, "yes they are 4p what the problem?"
He replied again "shall I refuse sale?"
No, she replied, she can have it at that price, thats what it is"
good girl, she siad it upset him for the whole day!
