Hey Purdita I had a bit of an experience with some of those 'hold you in knickers' I was doing home visits to people and becoming morte and more uncomfortable so nipped into a loo to take them off and put them in my bag.
Later on that day I was carrying out an assessment and enjoying the antics of the family's little pup and suddenly realised that the bloomin pup was after me knickers in me bag.! I ended up in a tug of war with the puppy and a very red face...
See it's not just me!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Does anyone please have any info on the tiramisu for 25p? Cheers in advance.
Can you tell how excited the thought of lovely tiramisu got me? I'm getting palpitations...
Sorry if someone has answered this, but I am doing catch up. The Tiramisu is healthy options in the freezer, in my tesco it had an SEL of £1.00 but scanned through at 25p. I think there are two small tarts inside. I got two but gave them both to my mum, so sorry cant give you the barcode. They were with the other healthy options stuff.0 -
Lol, working, going to Mr.T and keeping up with this thread is too much for me. I also have a really sore ear (think I caught it off this thread, lol), I went into Tesco tonight to get something for tea and have a nose at the lightstrikes that were dtd but I've missed the boat there I think and I forget to look for the scarves and bags!!0

I think the hamsters that are £1 are the ones that say wild bunch on the box.0

Absolutely brilliant! :T:T:TYou couldn't make that up. I bet it wasn't just me thinking it either.... Can you imagine the topic of conversation in Ts canteen and when the chap went home? Just hope that you kept your decorum and didn't bend over too much on your way home!:beer:purdita, forgot to add, where have you and your bag been since last Friday?
We've been out to lunch on Sunday and to the big T's last night. They obviously were waiting for a more intimate audience before making their debutMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
I went to a different store today!! :T
How sad to get excited about that.....but I only ever go to my local Extra.... and today I went to visit a friend after work and there was an Extra near her....well it would have been rude not to have popped in
I was amazed, I dont think there are ANY MSE'ers anywhere near it - as I got 5 toy story bags, and an Ocean Moondough!!!!! I havent seen those for weeks!! Also a couple of 20p yoyos, and the artist pad & brushes. Unfortunately no clothes, as only a v small clothing dept.
No scanner either  had to ask the girl on the pharmacy counter to scan the moondough - she said "ooh thats a good price" lol!! Unfortunately it was the only one on the shelf!
Happy shopping everyone0 -
How am I meant to keep up with you lot? I know I don't contribute a lot, but I do enjoy reading this. Problem is I am out all day with my OH at the moment - he has osteomyelitis in his ankle and is waiting to go back into hospital, in the meantime he is perfectly well so still working (it's our own business), but it means I have to go out and cart everything around and do the donkey work, and there is no way I can keep up with this thread!!
We did drop by another T today, and I was so excited about it! Problem is I did not even get chance to go in, he just wanted some cigars and then to get home and put his foot up!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Saw this a bit earlier on another shopping website and can confirm find.
New, Nivea for Men, Cool Kick Arctic Freeze Moisture Gel, 50 ml (in a box). There was no SEL. Shows on My Supermarket at £8 in Asda, £5.32 in Waitrose (on offer) and £6.12 in Tesco.
Scanning through at ... £1.02 in TESCO.
Barcode: 4005808 224579
Bit more than we like to pay (as we have been getting spoilt) but a great addition to put as decent little 'extra' with prezzies.0 -
