Offer didnt kick in so got them free. Also found some monster high dolls sel said £9 something but went through the till at £16. Customer services said they would honor the price and give DTD although they were on the wrong shelf (brought two of these). Lastly found some moon dough.....

I saw a few guitar hero sets but all scanned at correct price what does the one look like that scans at £70 odd pound?

Nothing at his end either, last time i tried was yesterday looking for the dressing gowns. I think the scottish staff work harder than the english :(:p

went to visit SIL the other night who works in mr T was talking about my bargain hunting, next min she came downstairs loaded with boxers, briefs, socks and pj's, all of the 4p stuff i have been looking for. she said that there was a staff sale a few nights back and all of this stuff had been offered to them and they only had to make a donation for it  No wonder we can't find anything :(

Done the rounds last night and again today looking for the dressing gowns but still not found any :(:)

It's not guitar hero, it's DJ Hero. SEL £19.99, scanning at £79.99 if memory serves. Think the big DTD was for the x-box version but possibly a DTD on the wii one as well.

Being nosey, what Disney DVDs as I could stock up on these for the kids if they're free?

I went to Mr T's this morning, armed with a list of all I could remember (dressing gown and knives). I spent ages looking at dressing gowns, jeans etc., but all I found were 5 packs of women's tights, and even 1 of those scanned full price, despite being A/W 10.
I was heading towards checkout, feeling quite putout because I haven't found any large clothes items at 4p, and I found a box of the Sabatier knives, sitting lonely on the shelves, SEL £6. The SA was one of the lunchtime relief blokes, not one on checkout all the time, and he put everything through with no trouble. The only snag is I have a lovely set of knives, and I bought my DIL a set only 2 years ago..., should I give them to her to raffle for her charity, or hang on to them in case mine wear out (that'll be about 30 years then) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you I may pop out in a bit to have a look, I managed to get beauty and the beast, tangled, toys story 3 and dumbo.

The ones on buys one get one free have a huge round sticker on the front....The store had obviously attempted to peal some of the stickers off but I found these at the back :T
  • Please can someone post me a link of the dj hero/guitar hero im looking for....Thanks May pop back out to tesco in a minute....

Hi everyone - this is the first I've heard of all these tesco price things and I was just wondering if it is legal?? I would hate to go to tesco and find some things that are scanning at pennies, go to ss and end up arrested!!! I'm sure I'm over worrying as so many people are doing it, but if someone could put my mind at rest that would be great, thanks xx

I would presume it is legal because it is a Tesco store, and Tesco themselves have barcoded and priced the items - it seems to be the staff that have a problem with the bargains.

And, unfortunately, the Welsh staff work hardest of all!

Think they have employed someone just to keep check of this website
as only the DJ hero i've managed to get. No 4p clothing at all but gonna keep trying :)
