E Book Readers

  • I have a Kindle (original) that my boys bought me for Christmas last year. I get all my books free from Amazon,(unless there is a particular one i want) and there all all sorts of genres available, and I have to say, I used to stick to the same authors for paper/hard back, but because I have been getting the free ones, I've read authors and titles I wouldn't normally. So I say Kindle all the way :D

I also think use apps for reading is more suitable.there is lots of choices and pay less.

I have the Sony E reader which I prefer for everything but price, I have a kindle which is not as great but the books are cheap. Apparently this is because Amazon takes a loss on kindle e books, therefore they are cheaper than any other e reader. No to mags
  • Hi Hamer, I think you will find the free books offered are those whose copyright has expired,ie, printed over 100 years ago but you can download free books from manybooks.net .
