Please be aware, the gloves ARE NOT waterproof! I bought some last week and were hoping they'd be good for work outside. I held my hand under the tap and water got in within seconds
I guess would be ok for light use, general everyday wear when raining or something! but not as I'd hoped for from a product made of wetsuit material, I was really disappointed.

wetsuits are not waterproof, dry suits are! Wetsuits are designed to let a small layer of water in to sit between the wetsuit and your skin, this warms up and acts as insulation. The neoprene also acts as insulation. Its a common misconception from those who do not take part in watersports that wetsuits keep you dry! When my youngest went kayaking with beavers my mum informed me that his wetsuit had had it and needed replacing because his swimming shorts and rash vest were wet :rotfl:

Yes, waterproof breatheable gloves and socks are made by a company called Sealskinz, but are not cheap, ebay probably the best bet...

Thank you, but I've tried those, good for five minutes until I got scratched by a cat! It pulled the wool-like material and that was that!
