can i switch ppp on loan?

is it possible to switch my payment protection plan to another (cheaper)provider that i have on my personal bank loan?

    Possibly. Depends how long you have had the loan and the type of PPI policy as to whether it is worth it.

    Unfortunately your bank may have you over a barrell if they have a poor refund policy or if they have to stop your loan and offer you one at a higher rate now that interest rates have gone up.

    Different banks have different policies - you will probably have to repay the loan in full and then take out a new loan without the PPI - it's unlikely you can just "cancel" the PPI on its own.
