Just wondering at what stage the valuation would be carried out.Is it after credit searches are complete ? Our valuation was completed this morning and I am wondering when we would get the decision

Normally done as the last thing, if the valuation was done this morning, I would expect the offer to be issued by Monday midday.I am a mortgage adviser.You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
