Hi there, hoping someone can help me! I have a hp agreement with Black Horse on my car, however whenever I have missed or made a late payment charges have been put on my account, I was just wondering whether these can be claimed back in the same way bank charges are being claimed?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
