  • :( sad times, I didn't use it last time but fancied it this time, particularly for £8 !
  • Might be worth checking for Fragrance Shop updates, mine expired unused then kept relisting with amended expiry times so I used it yesterday and got a free Disney Cars eau de toilette (reduced to £4.99)which will make a little gift to someone...
  • I saw signs up but being as there was no £8 O2 code I nearly thought they had their signs up the wrong week...I didn't want one anyway but funny how quick we get used to what discounts are normally on.
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

Check your purchase before leaving the store at The Fragrance Shop. I used my £5 voucher from O2 Priorities 2 weeks ago to buy a gift set for £11.99. (in their 60% off sale). I saw her get one out of the cupboard and put it in the bag and didnt think to check until I got home. The damage to the box was terrible. I had told the sales assistant that it was a present but there is no way i could give that to someone as a Christmas present. I was annoyed so went back the next day to get it exchanged for another one.

The manager advised me there was only one left and it was also damaged. (slightly less than the one I had but still bad). I said I would just exchange it and she said she had to ring her boss to check. She 'disappeared' under the counter (lol) and then came back to try to put the exchange through. She then had to disappear and ring her boss twice more to query something and then came back to tell me that she could not exchange it as she would need another voucher to put it through. I said that was ridiculous as the voucher code can only be used once. She said it would make their stock check wrong. I said that the barcodes were identical so how could it do that. I then asked for a refund and she said that she would only be able to refund the amount minus the £5 voucher. I said this wasnt fair as I would not be able to use the voucher again due to it being a one-off voucher.

I ended up leaving the shop with the original damaged box. I have written a complaint to The Fragrance Shop with pictures of the box but 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything from them.

Wouldn't you think she would just swap the fragrance over without putting it through the till, after all it is the exact same item as you are returning.

I have £5 off prezzybox.com showing on my app. No minimum spend.

I've been an O2 customer for years and have the priorities app on my iphone. I'm about to go off to Virgin as they've offered me a better deal, (twice as much of everything for half the price). Does anyone know if the app will still work without the O2 sim?

    Thanks in advance

i thought it re-assesses the sim ever couple of weeks, we changed the o2 sim into another of our phones (orange) a few months ago and registered it on that phone for o2moments but then took it out and put it back into the original phone after a few weeks it said that the app on the orange phone was invalid and it needed to be re downloaded and enter the code that was sent to the sim card(o2 number), it should be ok aslong as you keep the o2 number/simcard and dont and take your o2 number over to Virgin.

I have never been an o2 customer and have the app on my phne just by registering with the free sim ;-)
