Service cut off I think on a weekend
and £10 voucher is saying sorry for the customers who have affected
if your friend have the priority moments since july that should work, if its newly registered I dont think she can get the £10 offer.

My wife signed into hers and an offer came up

either a free pizza
£10 play.com voucher
or something else (cant remember)

I signed in and didnt get anything!

Did anyone else get this?

the bodyshop one seems only to be at limited stores. Nearest one to be is 13 miles away and i live in a city!!!

Would someone be so kind and post the t&c for the bodyshop offer, i.e. which stores.

Also for those people who have just regestered for moments, you may need to wait a few hours before you can redeem your £10 o2 offer, not sure if it work for those who have just brought thier sim and registered but i've had my 02 number since jan and only registred this morning, checked in morning and it said no and just checked now and it worked.

There is a problem redeeming every offer not just the £10 voucher.

The £10 voucher code is available to everyone on o2 no matter when you signed up to priority moments. There seems to be a problem with the website but I am sure o2 will be able to sort it out in store by logging in to the website from their computer or downloading the app on her phone.

just come back from Hanley and was able to use the BodyShop hair kit voucher. The SA was quite chuffed to hear about it too and she mentioned that she will be having a one later now that she knew.

Included in the box is 60ml Shampoo, 60ml Conditioner, a comb, and 50ml Hair Butter (what the hell is hair butter??). The two bottles will be ideal for me as im going away soon.

There was a choice of four, depending on your hair type. Smells quite nice too.
