The Uppercrust at liverpool street told me to cancel the code and was nice. But the guy at delice in liverpool street actually cancelled the code himself, but i didn't see him write anything down.He was a right misery as well, but the tuna melt was lovely
With my first Uppercrust code, the guy at King's Cross took my phone off me and started going through my texts before I realised what he was doing! The next time, I deleted the code myself and showed them0 -

This happened to me at Merry Hill when the perfume code was available. The sales lady asked to look at my phone, I said yes and she took it from my hand! Then she started pressing all manner of buttons on my phone and also called over another assistant. Both of them were then messing with my phone and I did not like it. Is there some sort of stipulation that says sales staff are allowed to poke around with your phone? When I got home I had to alter some settings as my GPRS signal had gone and I could not access the internet at all. It took me ages to sort things back out with my phone after they had messed around with it.0 -

Zizzi in Maidstone refused honour the O2 offer as (and I quote) "like there's been more go out than we thought so nah were not doing it any more"
Bit peeved, is it worth complaining?:dance:0
