used the £10 off £20 at body shop, so please with my lil haul, 5 gift cubes were £6 each down to £3 and 2 body butters were £6 down to £3 all that cost me £11, can't believe it would have cost £42 at full price,lovely SA tried and it wouldn't work on sale items but she still put it through for me :j

Used the Cafe Nerro today, had strawberry milkshake which tasted really nice and no problem with the barista he was very helpful and only glanced at my phone. Had the pizza hut saved which I would have used today aswell but quota full when I tried to use it, lucky I checked before I went in so had a sandwich from M&S instead

As mentioned by others before in this thread when an offer is put on the app there will be a limit to the amount of codes issued therefore even if you save the offer to use later there is no guarantee when you click 'use it now' that it will let you do so. It may not have specifically said 'quota full' but that is basically what happened

Just a bit of advice about using your codes, don't open them until you are absolutely sure you are going be able to use them.

Today I went to Zizzi's for my pizza, but opened the code before entering as I thought I would not get a signal indoors. I showed the code and asked for my pizza only to be told that I could not have a pizza today as they had ran out of takeaway pizza boxes.

I suggested that I could sit in (I would have also ordered a drink etc) and after referring to their manager, I was told by the waiter that this would not be possible.

So, of course, my code then expired in the given time and I have missed out on getting my deal.

I had a problem with the zizzi's code on sunday (the deal that expired).. my code kept coming up on the till as being used already, tried my sisters and is said voucher doesn't exist.. tried my mum's and it worked fine. However several other people had the same problem so I sent an email to zizzi's and got the following reply -

Hi ____,

Thanks so much for getting in touch. We’re really sorry to hear you had such difficulty using an O2 code in our restaurant. Having looked into this, it would seem that there was a technical fault with the O2 Priority Moments system over the weekend and as a result incorrect codes were issued. Unfortunately our till system will only the correct codes for the promotion which is why there was a problem with your transaction and the team would not have been aware of the issues taking place. Thankfully the situation has now been resolved.

We’ve passed your feedback on to O2 customer services as well. I’m really disappointed that your visit to Zizzi was impacted by this issue and would like to send you a £10 voucher as gesture of goodwill, please could you provide your postal address?

The Zizzi branch on the Strand has run out of boxes so is turning people away, and the Bow Street one (apparently - haven't bothered going there myself) isn't accepting the codes for some reason.

Anyone planning to use the 02 priority moment for a free drink from cafe Nero, won't be able to as the offer has expired, 02 won't tell me when the offer ended or explain why they are still advertising it, or why they send everyone a text on Monday with the offer on when it wasn't available then either. I have spoken to 4 different people since then including one that promised me a call back, and have only just been told that it ended.
