    Look under 'my picks' where there should also be offers for WHSmiths etc lunch. The Boots one ends early - sometimes before 1pm.
    Or turn your phone on and off - look for it using wifi also
  • Heads up, the £1 book from Smiths was back again this week, its an Ian Rankin one. Think it runs until tomorrow.

    No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

    Thanks for this. I am using the Windows Phone app. There is not a 'my picks' section. The sections available are 'our picks', 'categories' & 'my priority'. Never seen £1 lunch offers for any other places such as WHSmith.

    Sorry I mean 'our picks' not my picks' I also have food & drink, shopping, sports etc

    I can only suggest contacting O2 or going into their shop and asking them how it works on a windows phone

    On Mondays around midday Boots usually has a few people paying for the £1 lunch. Maybe one of them might know how you could find the offers

    Or uninstall and reload
  • DH has a windows phone too, he is usually in work so doesn't come with me but this week he was off and struggled to find it, the girl at the tills saw that he was having trouble and helped him, I think she saw that the app was genuine so gave it to him anyhow.

    I think the older/sadder your phone looks the more likely they are to help if the offer wouldn't load. B**ts were very helpful when I used an old small phone when mine was being repaired & it wouldn't load. Sm**ths not though

    Each time I have tried to redeem an offer in whsmith or boots over the past few weeks it says it has expired even when it has just appeared on my app. Is anyone else experiencing this? An example was yesterday when I saw the £1 book and pen offer. Annoying to queue and then not be able to use it!
  • No problems here, Ive run out of data have have been using in store wifi...mine didnt have the right book this week though:(

    I had this when in the 02 shop trying to get the Ghostbusters headphones, the assistant chap just told me to click okay then the tick again and it worked that time. Seems to be some kind of glitch and at that point you've got nothing to lose in trying again! :)
