About the Caffe Nero free drinks: I noticed they 'run out' after a certain time, is it late afternoon or early evening? Has anyone had this experience recently?

I got to one just before four and they had run out, but that was on the previous set of Tuesdays only, there has been a set of Mon-Fri codes since.

I got to my local Caffe Nero and got a cup before they ran out. The problem is if it gets really hot, later in the summer I would much prefer a cup early evening (perhaps sitting outside). Any suggestions?
