I had my £1 lunch and free grapes from boots today.

There were hardly and sandwiches there, but I had a nice salad.

The grapes though were not something I would have paid money for.

I mentioned that I'd heard that Android phones could reset the timer, and the lady at the till said they'd heard that; I joked that I'd have to run around to the back of the queue to re-use my code before it ran out and for a moment she thought I was serious!

I'd be interested to know how the Monday meal deal sales compare with the rest of the week, and what proportion on Mondays cost £1! See if they have to up the orders specially for this. I never do it on any other day now as it seems daft....

Usually they get about four or five times the amount of sandwiches on Monday when the deal is on compared to without the deal.
