I am fed up with WH Smiths offers reaching their limit and still being available on the app. Why is the only way to find out by pressing the use it now button! I have tweeted 02 but all they can do is say sorry. It has happened to me twice now and is so very embarrassing not to mention the waste of a journey!0

When I used the Halfords one for the de-icer it warned me I had one hour to use the code. Is there a similar time limit for the WHSmith one??
Because you could tap on "Use It Now" and allow enough time to get to the store, that would hopefully save the frustration of a wasted visit in the event you discover they've all gone.0 -

15 minutes for WHSmith (they were so slow at serving today, I was queuing for 13 minuites and getting worried it would expire before I had got to their front of the queue!)0
