Forgot to mention. The Merry Hill branch of The Fragrance Shop is making people buy paper bags if the perfume is below £10.00. Mine was £9.99 and they told me I could not have the £9.99 perfume without buying a 75p bag. I paid for the bag but left it in the shop when I left as I didn't want it. Not good.

i would complain to customer service with the till operators number (on receipt) I had a problem with something like that with bodyshop a few months back..i complained and got a £20 gift voucher for my trouble...you may get a little something too!im tray not davey...pinched my hubbys account!!!

The Runcorn store wont let me get anything for under £10 that anyone has mentioned as they say they are that price due to being in clearance.
