Faith2009 - they shouldn't have done that as the ts and cs do not exclude items already on promotion. It's £10 off ANY frangrance or gift set. Did you speak to the manager? I'd try again... Good luck!

That's what I thought. Wasn't too happy but tried again today (different lady) and went through :D Got avril lavigne black star or £3 so happy bunny.

    Thanks Angelzanna!

We got the £1 pizza hut special five pizza and free salad today, were only allowed one per table (we both have O2 and both had access to the voucher codes, luckily we asked before we pressed use it now!) so be aware x

For all the people asking about 'can you use this without the app', and 'I have an old phone on o2' etc.

I have an iPhone that is not with o2. I installed the priority moments app, and when you open it up, it asks you for o2 number. When you put you o2 number into the app, they send you a text with a code in it that you have to put into the app to prove you are on o2.

So.... I went into the pound shop and bought an o2 PAYG sim card for 99p, which I put into a crappy old phone. I then put typed the phone number of that PAYG sim into my iphone, and within a few secs my crappy old phone received a text with a code. I typed this code into the priority moments app on my iphone (which is on orange) and now I can get all the offers.

A lot of the offers are use once only. the HMV one for instance. I got my £5 off in HMV today, and tomorrow I plan to remove the app, then re-install it and give it a new number from a new 99p sim when it asks. (Not sure if this is gonna work, but I'll give it a go)

You can also get sent out free o2 sims https://www.o2.co.uk/freesim I think - just google it. But they take about a week to come through.

Was this in the T&C's of the offer ????? Which you had in your hand at the time ?????

Sounds like the manager making stuff up to me.

Myself and a few friends plan to have a nice cheap lunch on this tomorrow, but I'll be checking the T&C's first.

    -edit-

    Just checked the T&C's

"Each code is valid for one customer, which entitles the bearer to one pizza only. This offer cannot be used for group orders"

    Thats very contradictory isn't it.

Perhaps if you ask to pay seperately, then its not a group order. !!!!!! is a group order at a restaurant anyway ?

The small print on it states 'Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer'.

You'd struggle to find anything at 'full price' in this shop so they should take it off any fragrance

Your right luckystar, that's what my complaint was. Everything had an 'offer' even the gift bags had 50p off. It worked fine today on a perfume priced 12.99 from 23.99 though

It says you get £10 off the "current selling price" so just because they had reduced the item doesn't necessarily mean you can't redeem against a discounted item as that is the current selling price.

However you will not likely be able to use the code with any other vouchers or buy one get one free type promotions.

The Ts and Cs are unclear and misleading but a very strong argument to say you can redeem against discounted items.
