Can anyone plz tell me if the sky landers is a generic code? Mine ends in 6302

I couldn't get my phone to load in the shop yesterday and he told me not to worry and just typed in a code so I am guessing it is generic!

I got to whsmith and none of rhe codes were available although the woman said rhey had loads of wrapping paper.

Skylander code wouldn't generate for me and the lady a game said loads had been in to get them. She couldn't give me one without showing her the code. Oh well. The freebies have bwen good this year.

I'm not sure but I think the codes could be generic for each different skylander

I sent a priority moments problem report to O2 to say that I was not able to generate a skylanders code. Email back stating that if enough people reported the issue the offer would be suspended and investigated.

    Dear Customer,

Thank you for reporting your problem. Your feedback will help us to
continue to make Priority Moments a better experience.

What happens next? We will review your comments and if we find that a
lot of people have been having trouble with the same offer, we'll
suspend it while we're trying to fix the problem.

    Thanks,
    The Priority Moments Team

I tried instore, outside, in other stores, at home using wifi etc etc
and I just get the error that 'There was a problem accepting this Moment. Please try again later'

Don't know if it is my Windows phone or not, but other Moments open and can be accepted into my Saved offers.

Kids would have appreciated this one :(

None of my recent offers go into saved offers; I think it is to prevent repeat use of the same offer.

  • I have a Windows phone and all of mine automatically go into saved, only being removed when I either use the code or it expires.

I got that when I'd saved the wrapping paper with the wrong code and they re-released the offer with the right code - it wouldn't overwrite the saved one with the correct one, just failed.

Same happened with a Hotel Chocolat one
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
