Does anyone know if we just choose a pack of cards from WHS and take to till with the app or do we just go to the till and they give us a pre-selected pack?

Never had a priority moment offer in WHS yet.

Just picked some up in my local (Redhill) Smiths - I was told I could choose any boxed cards - these included sets up to £6.99 in my branch. I took the ones I wanted to the till and got them free with the code.

Great offer!

Got my free cards today went to the till and was told pick ANY box of cards got a really nice pack of 30 foil cards should have been £5.99. Fab freebie

Went to my local WHS, only a small one but they had about 2 different sets left, but not really the type I was hoping for so left it as I would of just been picking them up for the sake of it and probably wouldnt use them.
I already have lots from boots 90% sales in the past :rotfl:

I'm glad I read this thread. In my local I chose a £5.99 box and she told me it was only valid on the cheaper ones. I asked her to try anyway so she did and it worked. Thank you to everyone on here who had already confirmed that as I wouldn't have tried otherwise.

I wish I had your confidence! I asked the assistant who had no idea, conferred with 2 other assistants and then started looking through promotions folder telling me there was no information about the offer. Eventually with some help they decided to just try scanning a pack and see if it worked, they went and got one but I suggested that maybe I should be able to choose the pack they "test" it with so that if it works I have the cards I want. The assistant took me over and said it's these ones, not the £6.99 pack. Ended up getting a nice box of 10 which would have cost me £4.99.

Was going to get a few more packs and some roll wrap but they are on separate 3 for 2s and don't mix across. How many presents/cards do they think one person needs?!

For anyone else, I'd suggest going and getting your cards and just presenting them with the code. That way there is no opportunity for them to say what you can or can't have. In hindsight, I probably should have just said it doesn't say in the TsandCs it's limited to the £4.99 or below packs.

I was told by the lady at the till it is only a single card...I told her no - it says pack of cards...she said oh it must be the 10 pack...I said why dont you try the 30 pack (£5.99) and see if it works...it did! Agree, just take the pack to the till and tell them to try it!
