when you claim the fragrance shop offer instore do they ask you for your phone number ?

They did for the O2 £10 off offer so wondering if its the same with this offer

hi folks, just to warn everyone not to order 2 lower value items which add up to the £10 at Fragrance Shop online.....I ordered the Elizabeth arden perfume set £5.99 plus a fake tan £4.99 plus £2.95 postage, less £10 = £3.93 to pay. however, just received my despatch confirmation and they haven't sent the fake tan, presumably oos, so I have been charged £3.48 just for the perfume, (they took off a pro rata amount of the £10) which is still cheap but not quite the bargain I had hoped!!!

I use the website to send codes to my phone - I got a free drink at Nero last week and today I saw the offer is back on the website so I sent another code to my phone - the code is the same as last weeks but with a different expiry date. Can I use this code or will it show at the till that I used it last week?

I did this-had a code a few weeks ago, then last week. Initially the operator seemed to be having problems. They then called a manager over and she over rode it, by the looks of it. When they ask if it's been used before just say no.

I emailed them earlier after unsucessfully trying to use the code online and this is the reply I received :

Unfortunately due to an unexpected issue the O2 £10 off discount code is no longer valid for online purchases. It can, however, still be used in store.

Well that explains why I can't make mine work then . Rather unfair to stop mid way through the offer, especially as once you click use offer it runs out so fast, so no chance to get to a store!
*sigh* oh well, I guess I will keep the few pounds I was going to spend when I didn't really neeeed a new perfume.
