There was only two boxes left in my nearest WHS. I picked up one, they were priced at £4.99 but scanned at £2.49. Definitely not worth £4.99 or even half price but a great freebie thanks to O2 :)

Picked up my Thorntons Chocs today, also the Hotel Chocolate slab too and the republic £5 off £30 - been a great day! 02 have great offers just now, but I have to say that the Thorntons Chocs are just awful - not complaining and nice for a freebie, but they are the worst chocolates I've eaten for a while (and I've eaten lots!!!)

Republic is supposed to be going into administration tomorrow.
  • I also got the choccies earlier - advertised at half price. Not worth £2.49, but you pay for the brand more than anything. I'm a girl who prefers her basic cadburys, but i'm not gunna pass up a freebie. The pink one was lovely (white choc and milk!) just a shame there was only one :( Both me and my partner didn't like the caramels so we ended up eating the plain truffles. Might get the caramels to the parents ;) haha.

Someone posted on a thread last week that Republic may be in trouble - one of the reasons I went in today,as had a gift voucher to use up. Hope they don't go into administration, as like that shop.:(

Same here - the pink one and plain truffles got eaten (only 3 in total) and the rest got a bite out of them! Like you, prefer cadburys, but love a freebie!

I don't think anything can beat cadburys :j I found the passonfruit one a little sweet at first bite, then it had a horrible after taste! lol. No wonder they were given away :rotfl: Still, it was worth a try, i didn't realise the flavours until i got home =/ Mind you, it might make a nice valentines gift for someone who hasn't got anything :T haha!
