I'm leaving O2 (with sadness - I thought they had good customer service) as they couldn't match a deal I found at T-Mobile which'll save me £10 a month. Anyone know what the deal with Priority Moments is in terms of not actually being an O2 customer? I thought you could only use it if you were an O2 customer but it seems some people on this thread use it who aren't?0

If u already have the app on ur o2 phone, then just leave it on the phone and just put in the new sim card from t mobile.... it will still work..0

you would need to activate the app when you changed sim I think
so you would need an active 02 sim to allow you to do this. whether it be a PAYG or whatever
you dont need the o2 si in the phone(assuming you have an unlocked handset)0 -
