My son has an 02 sim but I'm on orange, can I download the app on to my orange phone & use his number & use it myself as he's only 12 so won't use it himself? Thanks

Absolutely Yes! That is what I do with my father in law that won't use it and works a treat! Just download the app on your phone, send the text from your sons to get the code and enter in the app on your phone.

Your lacoste orders may have been held up because they were gift sets, the o2 moments apps states is excludes gift sets.
