I got my OH a course here http://www.esfw.com/a-coursedates.asp Before he went pot noodle was his limit, and that is without exaggeration. They learned an amazing amount in one day - 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. All the food was included. He really enjoyed it.
I did a college class several years ago and you had to buy the ingredients every week which would add at least a tenner weekly on to the cost of the course.0
