Holiday pay entitlement

Hi there,
I work 4 days a week and 1 saturday a month, can anyone tell me what my holiday entitlement is, and also would that include bank holidays or would they be on top of my entitlement;)

    The legal minimum for a full time employee is 28 days. There is no absolute right to bank holidays off, in fact some businesses need all their staff in on BHs as that it when they are busiest.

    It is possible your employer may give more holiday than this but they cannot give less.

    For a part time employee it is pro rata so, assuming the statutory minimum you would be entitled to about 24 days.
  • How many hours do you work each week and what is the full time equivilent?
