The state of Fat Cheese

What is the current status of Fat Cheese?

I have some outstanding items (travel) that I raised claims for since they never track, the oldest dating back to March.

But nothing is happening; my account summary Shows the oldest two as "Pending", with the estimated date of "~Sep" (which has obviously passed). The total amount is around the £100 mark.

I've tried raising a ticket, checking to see if their live help is online (it never is), emailing them, but have had no response.

Does anybody know if they are still operating?

    I guess that's a "don't know" then... :)

I have similar issues with them (there's another thread somewhere and others are in a similar position). Not looking good is it?
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!

Yes - the small amount daily clicks seem to work; it's just the bigger purchases that don't seem to be being progressed, and queries don't get a response.

Ah - I searched for a thread but didn't find it - would you mind giving a link?
  • I had some purchases that should have been paid by August, I raised a ticket and asked if they had any idea if they would be paid. I didn't recieve a reply but within a couple of days they were paid and I claimed the money into paypal. The funds then remained as pending for almost 2 weeks. I then raised another ticket asking when the funds would be cleared (yesterday). Today the funds have been paid into paypal by e-cheque, I may be wrong but I don't think that has happened before, and I have to wait for it to be cleared by Paypal. It does seem to me that if you don't question it you aren't getting paid. I am just hoping it does clear through Paypal and is not rejected.
    Hope this helps somebody.

Same with me - except marginally worse! My oldest claim relates back to January. Raised a ticket circa March time, nothing happened; added a note a few months later, nothing happened; just raised another ticket entirely as a last try before I give up, no response yet.

I did eFax free trial offer that tracked at 0p, they said to send them confirmation e-mail and they'll pay me and nothing since :(

I have sent about 10 emails, posted 9 tickets, the online chat never works. You just cant get hold of anyone at Fatcheese these days. We are paying £5 a year for this service! Avoid - it's a terrible cashback site! The Pricerunner daily click was by far the best thing about Fatcheese. It's now gone and so it seems have the people who run the site.

...and how long does it take to resolve the error with the ticketing system?
