Dove deodorant stick (original)? Cheapest place?

Hi folks,
My better half goes through Dove's deodorant like he eats it, but it's the only one he's happy with (will eat/use anything else cheap I buy thought so no problems - i can indulge this one!).
Can anyone recommend the cheapest place to buy it - in bulk if needed?
They're selling for £2.40 each in Asda, Tesco, Ocado, Sainsb. -I've checked online. Pound shops don't tend to do them because it's the STICK (not the roll on) that I want to buy... basically it's like a little cake stick, not the roller ball, it's THIS.
Buying a box online doesn't seem to be much of an option as the delivery costs eat into the small savings per unit.
Any other ideas?

In the UK, I don't think Stick deodrants are popular as there are only ever one or two choices on the shelf on every supermarket or Boots/Superdrug compared to the wide variety of spray and roll-on deodrants! This annoyes me a lot!! I tried the Sure Crystal one and found it to be terrible!
In America there are many stick deodrants to choose from and the sizes are much bigger and they are cheaper than here. I bought some cosmetics from drugstore.com in March this year and was able to purchase Secret brand (made by P&G) stick deodrant with my order.. it was in a 2 pack,, only paid price for 1! and much cheaper even than just buying one in the UK! Delivery expensive though, but quick shipping only took 7 days. It's best to buy other things at same time though, you can't get over here. The sticks are so big one of them lasted me 6 months!
I know it's not the best solution but it is an option. I think the prices for the deodrants over here are the same everywhere for certain brands, you just have to look out for special offers and discount coupons and buy buy buy! Maybe sign up to Unilever's mailing list (the manufacturer of Dove products) or I think they have games on their facebook page Unilever VIP to get discount coupons on certain items if you answer surveys on their products. Just keep your eyes open on there and on the discount code thread on this forum for coupons for deodorant.
I find Savers & Wilkinson cheap for things like this. I haven't seen whether they sell it in there though.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.0 -
Have you looked in bodycare or wilkinsons? If they do it then they tend to be a bit cheaper than the supermarkets. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
