Try hunting for Italian, Portuguese or West Indian. It's an acquired a taste for it not helped by the sad fact that a lot depends on the quality. I dont think the best gets sent to the UK. My mother said to look for chuncky pieces, not too dreid out or grey.NSD 0/150
