Debate House Prices

The Bears Dream

I think the bears, when they first joined an HPC site, must have envisioned many more like this one. On offer for £225k, going for £97k:

If this were to be repeated across the land then I would accept that the bears had been right all along (albeit the timing thing was a bit out).

    Amazing, not sure on the local area for that one, surely it was massively over priced?

    I’m not sure it was unless there is something wrong that is not obvious mind you it’s not sold yet.

    I think they may have missed a "1" off the figure (at least that's what someone said on the site I stole this from). ;)
