Scrapbooking software/program like smile box but free

Hi, I've seen people do digital scrapbooks (then print them out). I used smile box last year to do some collages but you have to pay. Would love either a free program or website I could use to create.

Vikki, I'm sure that the scrapbooking mags sometimes have a free Serif programme for digi scrapbooking, also, UKScrappers here have a really good digi scrapbooking thread they may be able to help too.

I used to do a lot of digiscrapping with PaintShop Pro from JASC - you can usually get a trial version of that and it's fantastic but then obviously your trial will run out and you'd have to buy it to continue using it.

I've not done any more for a good few years but recently downloaded paint.net which you can use for this although I have yet to open it as haven't had the motivation yet.

scrapbookflair.com (i cant post a link as im new) i have used this website for a few years now, they have all the software you can download for free plus a community and they run competitions too!! a brilliant website for online scrapbooking!!
