hi are comet also dixons or currys or what, I wanted a fridge/freezer so went to currys online told could only reserve and collect, so went to comet who could do home delivery only they did'nt have the same item, so I ordered a different one then just noticed the fridge/freezer I did want on dixons same price, and they could deliver can I cancel comet and go with dixons whats my best bet

comet and dixons are seperate companies - its currys and dixons that are the same so i would suggest you cancel at comet and buy from Dixons0

thankyou, I rang comet and cancelled the order £249. then they said they were going to refund me £266.95 does that sound right said the caller I said no then caller explained I'd got my delivery fee back it was free delivery when I did it, my bank says comet £249. so I've made abit of money out of it to boot, thankyou so much, all I have to do now is wait for the money to go back on the card then go to dixons where I know I can get the zanussi fridge/freezer that I originally wanted that was only for reverse and collect at currys thanks mate CWfrostydvf wrote:comet and dixons are seperate companies - its currys and dixons that are the same so i would suggest you cancel at comet and buy from Dixons
