greasy palm getting your cashback

can you please help used greasy palm 09/10/06 and got car insurance with prudential should have received £50 cash back which i havnt please can anyone advise me what to do

    Log in to greasypalm and put a ticket in for it.

    I've just logged in and they've reversed my cashback for signing up to Scottish Power even though I've just switched over to Scottish Power!

    This is not the first time I've had cashback reversed, for either 'items returned to the retailer', even though I was in possession of the purchase still or for signing up to suppliers - anybody beginning to suspect that GreasyPalm are ripping us off?

    Because I am.
    Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.

    Thanks for that. I'm fairly new and was just wondering why my previous transactions for Cartridge Monkey were missing. Have found them in my click history and put in a ticket.

    In regards to my reversed cashback, I've emailed them and asked why when I met the conditions?

    I have said that everytime a cashback has been reversed it has been without justification.

    I then asked for it to be returned before I demand a formal investigation.

    Makes you wonder if GreasyPalm do this then pocket the money.

    Can you tell me what email address you use? I am also having problems with reversed cash back, but they keep closing my tickets without addressing the issue.

    they have also reversed one of my large ones have submitted an inquiry to them
